We are on a collision course with China srs

A major world war will happen in the next 5 years... maybe sooner. We need to prepare. The chinese will for sure begin conquering land after what this disaster of an administration has done so far.

Too soon. They would get rectally violated by the US military, even with russia backing them up. The US military is far an away the most dominant by land, air, and sea...


The problem is idk how long that superiority will last with new technologies emerging that could be revolutionary for warfare.


Let me give you a little example: before ww1 the british navy was the most dominant navy in the world by a loooong shot.

Then... they developed plans for a ground breaking new battleship called the dreadnaught.

When the dreadnaught was built and deployed, it essentially rendered all other ships in the british fleet useless...

the other nations (germany) quickly copied the plans for the ship and made their own. So now they too had an equal amount of these ships which means the british had buttfuked their own naval superiority in a very short amount of time.

Nope. America needs to stop playing world police. If China starts annexing culturally-Chinese countries that have historically been part of China (Macau, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc), that's not our conflict and I'd love to see your arguments for getting involved.

That was literally US's policy until 1941 though. I'm not supporting Nazis or Japanese war crimes but could anyone predict these things?

I mean, was Hitler's claim to the territories it lost after the Treaty of Versailles any less valid than the US's claim to Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

It's not really that simple, and I can't support a war in China just because we fought one 80 years ago for similar reasons.

Xin has essentially promised China Taiwan and Hong Kong. If the ccp don’t deliver in 10 years they are done. As it stands right now if China touched Taiwan there would be a war and previously the us have used nukes on an Asia. Country before.

One of the main reasons for stability in the Asian region compared with Latin America and Africa is the knowledge that if one country steps out of line the us will and has carpet bombed cities.

Today it's Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.

Tomorrow it's Korea (both), Japan, Vietnam, etc. etc.

Germany didn't stop at Danzig, and China won't stop at Hong Kong. And hell, like 90% of the Germans in Austria/Sudenteland/Danzig WANTED to be a part of Nazi Germany. On the other hand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc. etc. want NOTHING to do with China.

When Hitler annexed the German parts of Czechoslovakia (Sudenteland), he was viewed as a liberator and hero to the German population. On the other hand, look how crazy and desperate Hong Kong went when China threatened to make ONE pro-CCP law in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong would rather go back to Britain than China.

US and China's economy are heavily intertwined and dependent on one another. Any major altercation will cause tremendous economic shockwaves in both countries. If anything, a clash would be limited but high tech. China just needs to convince the world that US is no longer reliable and that China is a better partner in the long run. For the US, we need to get our sh*t together because all thise infighting, political divide, made up tensions and divisions will make us look like fools to the entire world and Afghanistan is a tremendous black eye to the US.

Not saying China isn't a threat, but why is this suddenly the theory when we knew this withdrawal was coming for years?

US leaving China seems like massive cope by Biden lovers to downplay the massive failure this exit was. This theory was basically nowhere a week ago.
