The point of life is that there is indeed an end, a limit we have to experience life.

The question you should be asking is: "What is the point of life for religious/afterlife believers?"

Imagine an everlasting tub of your favorite ice cream that always stays at the perfect temperature never melting. The tub never runs dry always stays full. Typically this ice cream is a very enjoyable special treat. Soon you grow tired of it and probably forget it's existence all together.

The fact that it's not forever and ever fleeting is what makes every moment of experience special.

my hobbies are enough for me to be content with this reality. I don't stress myself over things out of my control.

humans over complicate life with so much BS (school, work/jobs, marriage, politics, etc, etc). Just eat good food, spend time doing what you enjoy, and relax, because none of it matters in the grand scheme of things. It doesn't matter how much philosophy you read, or how much you think you know about this world, we'll never understand the overall big picture.
