They are probably making more from youtube than Starbucks, so why would they care if they got fired?

Customer service has been going to chit over the last decade and even worse now cuz no one wants to work cuz they get free money.

Ones who are working don’t qualify for free money one way out the other and are upset. They can’t be paid enuff. Results in terrible employees with terrible Attitudes.

Companies put up with it cuz they got not enuff applicants or employees.

Customers put up with it cuz well, they got free money to spend - all time high demand.

What you gonna do about that? Nada! Go get your Starbucks and bitch about customer service on FB, Instagram and tiktok later

I did not watch but being Starbucks I would hope they were attentive to realism and showed a HTC lady jam down a pumpkin spice latte and immediate grow a lumpy chocolate kickstand that caused her to hustle off to the ladies washroom and clog multiple toilets leaving some poor janitor to plunger away for hours without making any progress
