Do big websites like this have access to everyone's PMs?

It's private message for the sender and recipient to all other members, but what about the staff for a website like this? What about other forum based websites? Do the creators usually create the website so that PMs can be read? It is their website after all

I figured that one back and forth PM conversation can lead to something that could wind them up in legal trouble, so it would make sense to be able to read your members' private conversations

Chicks under age 23 is fuking disgusting to me. I've turned down some pretty bad young chicks. 18, 18, 19, 19 and one had the best ass I've ever seen pretty much (probably should have at least dated that chick tbh)

But for the most part I never understood how dudes could go for younger women and actually want them long term. I'm a fuking dog, but that chit seems off to me. Idk
