Results from semen analysis: low count, feels bad mane

Not completely abnormal but on the lower end of the of normal range. Feels bad mane.
Motility is low too..fuark
Morphology : Normal at 15%

Chemicals are doing it. I tested and my morphology was beyond bad due to working with lacquer airbrush chems all day erry day. Switched out to safer chems, and it returned to good 6 months down the track.

I do drink coffee regularly though, about everyday.
I think I'll cut that out completely.
