this is ****ing depressing as ****

feels like just yesterday I was turning 21…graduated high school over 10 years ago!!!

I'll be 31 in October and it feels like nothing. srs. Take care of yourself and with semi good genes you'll still look young. Make sure you get more sleep, diet good, and drink plenty of water.

You should also be trying new experiences. Kayaking, motorcycles, etc. When you do the same thing day in and day out, life is a blur.

I'm 26 and peppering myself for this as well. Hard to stay enthusiastic and excited about things like I did before so often lol. Taking life more seriously than I used to, hard not to. Then you've got the general slums of current cultural issues and COVID. It all can lead to some depression, aging into the 30's isn't a fun addition to that. Just a boiling pot of depression stew if you let yourself consume it all nonstop.

Always hear people in their 30's or even 40's say that they still feel like they're in their 20's. And I think with the right health/diet/fitness most men can obtain that.

Also the below quote is true. It's largely up to you to stay youthful and optimistic.
