NYC back to #1 most expensive real estate market for rentals

Remember when misc said NYC was dead after Covid? Must be all the people rushing here so they never have to associate with unvaxxed bumpkins at restaurants and bars

ITT OP is racist and hates blacks. Doesn’t want them to be able to afford to be able to live in NYC.

I love NYC, but highest rent is a category that includes SF and Oakland, which are absolute dumpster fires.

Not the best argument.

Politicians crashed the economy, their buddies bought up as much properties as possible, and now a handful of people practically own Manhattan. **** NYC, I hope people wake the **** up and leave so the place crumbles beneath them.

Are these figures adjusting for square footage? If not, JFL at living in NYC/SF. Brb, highest average sticker price and the lowest square footage/amenities on top of that.
