Pretty common for Asians/Pacific Islanders to have eggs on a burger or just Local Moco (no bun, add gravy and rice). I don't want eggs on my burger.

Putting an egg, bacon, and cheese on a hamburger isn't what I'm talking about. That's a glorified McMuffin.
I'm talking about legit standalone hamburgers with a runny yolk egg thrown on. That's a new thing as far as I'm aware and it's silly.
Edit - I guess egg-in-a-hole has been a regional thing for some time, but this kind of thing is what seems to be new and I don't see the point of it.
