Fuark I have no libido?

7 weeks cutting and have not watched or jerked to pron the last 2 weeks. I eat healthy. Taking yohimbine in the am fasted cardio and tongkat ali later In the day. What to do?

I’m not on a low carb diet though…I’m keeping them as high as I can given my calorie goal just to keep up with training.

Might just take a diet break next week and have some free meals when I’m in Vegas for my vacation and see what happens

I took 20mg daily for a couple months while cutting and noticed my libido got destroyed. I got rid of the yohimbine and chit went back to normal. Try cutting it out and give it a week or so.
