My Employer Says Identify Vax Status By Early September, Full Vax By November

So both me and my brother's companies (not the same) have stated that you MUST identify vax status by early September and be vaxed by early November.

F*CK THEM BOTH. I AM NOT TAKING SH*T.

I am prepared and have savings put away. I know what I will have to do until they can my as*.

On top of this several people that I know in the last few days now have the coof AFTER BEING VAXED. One already had the coof and got the vax because they said so. She probably got sick again because of the vax.

So what is the point of the vax if you can get it anyway?

Think about the following: if your employer can mandate the vax, what else can they mandate?

Talk about this with your employer. Let them know they'll be down an employee if they go through with this srs.

They will just tell me to leave if I even hint of threatening them. Tried that years ago and the boss was like ok, you do what you got to do.

But also nice that they are giving everyone that much lead time to find another job.

Wonder if they will stick with it if a lot of employees are openly applying for jobs at other companies???

Have to assume at least 50% of employees dont have the vax. Its going to be ugly.

I tbink a lot of companies besides healthcare are just bluffing, because they get govt $$$$ for every vaxxed employee.

Thats how/why some employers are giving $ to get the shot, they get $ from the govt from YOU getting jabbed, then they give you a sliver LMAO

Many companies have a no questions asked religious exemption tho

Not high or drunk at work, that you show up on time, that you wear certain clothes, that you do your job, etc. A whole bunch of things actually.

All of those are basic guidelines for doing your job or at least being an identifiable employee. A vaccine mandate has nothing to do with that you fuking smooth brain.

set your pronouns as (vax/vaxxed)

since you can identify as whatever

it's like implicitly declaring you're vaccinated, without actually making a false statement...

Thats that whole thing that people say companies can do whatever they want. That is until they buy the govmt and make the law.

This company mandate thing is being pushed by the gomvt as they know they cant do it legally.

Find out how they are going to make you prove it. It could be word of mouth? Or verbal trust status basically?

A lot of companies say "You can go maskless if you're vaccinated". So you automatically know who is and who isn't, basically.

They are having you submit pictures of your vax card which will be stored in a system. Some people have said they are checking the batch number of the shot you got against a database.

This, I just ignore all my emails from HR and supervisor. Even though they give you option to test it’s stupid option that I won’t comply with. They still ask me to work lol but I got my 2 week notice ready if they give me any grief about it. Even then they’ll never know if I got it or not. Can’t let these knuckleheads know anything personal.
