How can something that focuses on one singular aspect of a disease (spike protein) knocked up in 6-9 months in a lab be more effective than natural immunity that has evolved alongside millions of viruses over 100's of thousands of years and works on multiple levels

for a vaccine to be effective it needs to be sterilising and stop the disease in its tracks, these are leaky 'vaccines' they do not stop you from catching it or spreading it and will likely cause more infectious variants that the virus will mutate into to get around the vaccine

I'm someone that has not been vaccinated yet. I'm starting to waver however. If you read the rest of the data in that study you posted, you'll see that natural immunity + 1 dose of the vaccine provides even better immunity than natural immunity. The data definitely shows the vaccines are effective at stopping severe symptoms of covid. But my issue comes with the fact that the other data also shows that high levels of vitamin D and excellent metabolic health are effective at curtailing severe symptoms of covid.

how do they truly know, especially as the vax wears off after a few months....natural immunity is far more broad based than the vax and will likely last for years

As you say, the risk to the metabolically healthy is vanishingly small.
If you have already had it and are healthy, any further protection is completely meaningless.
On the other hand no one knows what long term effects there are from the experimental gene therapy (the trial ends in May 2025) and especially don't know what interactions there are if you are previously infected and then get the vax.

Bear in mind that those hospitalised by blood clots could just be the subset whose clots occurred in vital locations such as the brain, heart and lungs.
Other people will have had clots which didn't hospitalise them, but we have no idea what that means for them in the long term.
