I've done it before and it works right up until I **** it up again 3 days later. I find it a poor long term solution and it's probably due to my body just not liking that type of schedule naturally. Long term habits and consistent effort is probably what is needed in conjunction.

I always end up taking a nap later that afternoon and it starts me back up at square one. If you can do it, it would prob work though

not really, it takes more than just 1 time to reset your sleep schedule.
More like an entire week of consistently waking up at the same time will do it, good luck op

Take down the curtains in your bedroom
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.
The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."
The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

It works if your sleep schedule is messed up enough, to where you're staying awake to 8 or 9 am.
Then staying awake all day is easy. Have some caffeine.

Used to work for me in my 20s. Now I'd just fall asleep after breakfast in the morning. Just go to bed late and get up early, your internal clock will reset in a couple days.

I would just get what sleep you can but wake up at the regular time.... after a few days you'll be better
Abstain from caffeine and long naps during the day.... just power through
