Pulled hamstring 3 weeks ago, rehit DL PR from 4 weeks ago
Just a cool story bro
Hit a PR of 7 plate deads last month and then repped out 6 plates, then a couple days later did posterior and pulled my hamstring to the point the insertion at the knee looked detached, was worried it was going to be a long term issue.
Eased back into some light hamstring training.
Walked into the gym today in the mood to **** sht up. Hit 5 plates beltless for an easy 12 then decided **** it ill see if I can hit 7 plates for a triple. Only hit 1 and a half but I wasnt pushing against the ground at all to be safe, but no hamstring pain and followed up hitting 6 plates for 5 clean reps.
Next deadlift day in 2 weeks im going to warm up and go straight for a 7 plate triple. I want 7 plates to be working weight soon for 5 reps.

That's awesome, but I'd be careful, you could re-injure that pretty easily.
Good ****, keep it up
