we already moved the chickens, ducks and pigs to my mother in laws. Again…..

This was from this morning from our backyard. The sky is now orange and you can’t see the hill

Working in my field, I'm extremely paranoid about the wildfire thing. Sneaks up on many people way more quickly than they expect. Err on the side of caution.

that's how it looked here in Oregon a year ago when we had our wildfires. The sky was red, ash/soot on the cars, looked like the coming of some kind of apocalypse. My area teetered on level 3 evacuation for a week or so. Never had to evacuate, and honestly if they told me to I wouldn't have done it. As soon as they tell people to evacuate everyone is going to be on the road and it'll be gridlocked in all directions.

Stay safe! I am eldorado county and it is unreal. I know so many people who are getting hit by this. Sadly it is going to get worse before it gets better.

I went mountain biking the day after this started in the pollock pines area and we could it in the distance. Within 2 days that trail was gone.

Brother in Gardnerville NV said he's had to get the blower to get ash off his car and driveway. School canceled for the rest of the week. ****in crazy ****.

I just drove across I-80 through the entire state of Nevada and the smoke was everywhere covering the entire north side of the state. Made for a crazy red sun during sunset though.
