So ATT has fukked me and my wife over and I'm trying to figure out if I have any options besides paying off the phones completely. ATT lost my wife's phone number back in April. She had issues with it not letting people who didn't have an iphone call her. Took it to the store multiple times and they never fixed it. In April it randomly stopped working completely and I call ATT. Turns out they didn't port the number over right and it resulted in her completely losing her number. was on the phone for two hours in 3 way with boost mobile and ATT. At the end we were told we are SOL and deal with it basically. They made her a new one and then a month later we were charged for 3 phones. Called and complained and they refunded it and said it would be fixed, next month still the same issue. Now they are telling me they are sorry but the only two options are to pay off both phones completely so they can transfer the promotion to the correct phone number. They have no way of moving it over as is. I get told "sorry sir for the inconvenience". I told them that is absurd its completely their fault. I need to keep this number but we have been charged for three phone numbers for months now AND they lost her original number to start with. This has to be a breach of contract no?
