Things/state of mind have become very unusual for me since January 2020

I am not only referring to Covid crisis, but every thing that followed after that.

I will admit it me and everything around me was happy happy before january 2020. Its not that I turned depressed or something, its that thing where you want to be happy again but something stops you from getting there each time.

I cut down on alcohol by 90% due to family being near to me all the time...bars and clubs were closed most of the time due to covid, although i did visit a few times maybe 5 months ago..'as in sneaked out'. But its not fun drinking like that.

Many if not most people are having an unusually hard time these days.
