How has your life changed in the last 3 years?

I quit down alcohol by 90 percent as family responsibilites increased on me and they don't like me drinking.

Sold my last gaming console (playstation 4) three years ago, don't have time and energy to play anymore, so I just play games on smartphone, ******** or laptop now when I have free time which is a rarity.

Quit bodybuilding three years ago, now I just brisk walk for 20 minutes daily as an exercise.

Last 3-4 years?

- Graduated uni.
- No longer dependant on anything or anybody.
- Better verbal and writing skills.
- Have a job that i am happy with.
- Not depressed and found happiness from within.
- No longer paranoid.
- Self loathing gone down.
- Skills and confidence with women have increased dramatically.
- No longer see other people as competition.
- Consistent with gym, etc.

First 2-3 years were bad, but it's getting better and better.

Have Clostridium difficile infection
- 3 1/2 years of daily diarrhea, flu like symptoms, basically dead but alive
- quit job I loved and got promoted in just before I quit because of it
- lost $400k in crypto due to bear market and not caring about money because wanted to rope
- have eaten literal chit and shoved it up my angus to try and cure disease, sometimes works but doesn't last
- Covid made everyone a fukin retard and doctors don't care about real illnesses anymore

It's been great OP, can't complain.
