The anti-abortion movement in Texas won a major victory Thursday after a novel legal approach to banning abortion was not blocked by the Supreme Court, throwing abortion services across the state into question and prompting some women to leave the state for procedures.

The Supreme Court declined just before midnight on Wednesday to block the law prohibiting abortions after cardiac activity is detected — usually about six weeks of pregnancy. Now the measure, which was signed into law in May, will run its course in the lower courts. Its unique legal structure, though, means it will likely remain in effect for the duration of the legal battle.

Isnt the cost of having to travel to other states similar to if they had just bought birth control? Refugees/migrants are drowning to make it to europe, while women in the usa have to travel to diff states, first world problems lmao no wonder whites are becoming more and more minorities...if a women has to travel some other state to not have you, she did you a favor.

Many Republican voters don't give a chit about abortions. I rather have them aborted than for a kid to grow up as "unwanted" in a broken family, be a welfare burden to taxpayers, and have a high chance of evolving into a future criminal.

If this is a matter of personal responsibility and punishing sloots for irresponsibly spreading her legs, then start off by tackling the welfare abuse problem first. Right now all those single mothers qualify for a truckload of benefits for each kid she pops out.

Sad that this chit is making the headlines over all the other problems happening in our country, and we got more than plenty.

This study has already been debunked. It lacks data to be conclusive. you would know that if you actually read the study. It’s pretty terrible. The MSM ran with it becuse it was the only study supporting their agenda. Meanwhile, there is plenty of evidence showing that there was an over all DECREASE from n TOTAL unplanned pregnancies, not just in one group.

I believe this is why the left goes wrong so much. You have to break down individuals to see the truth, not look at groups.
