If you don't have access to a restaurant/canteen/store with a hot section?
The way I see it, there 4 options:
- Do some "keto sandwiches" made of cabbage + deli meats/jerky (+ cheese) -> too much-processed meat ?
- Cheese strings that are made for snacking -> gonna start ****ting myself eating cheese every day for lunch?
- Nuts
- Go for only 1 meal per day crew since I already do IF until 12-13PM and do only 2 medium-large meals per day

When I was busy working all day and didn't have time to cook, I would do 1-3 of Vince Gironda's shakes a day.
