Best pans for making a 12 egg omelette? Reps
I used to just scramble a dozen eggs for my first meal and then someone suggested I spice that up. Add a little fun to my daily dozen egg meal.
So thought I would live a little. (even though All I always need is decent steak to have a good time)
Turns out they’re a bitch to flip with a traditional spatula and stove pan.
8/10 times I will break them and it ends up more frustrating than it does fun.
This person ruined scrambled eggs for me but the omelette is delicious when the eggs hold together. I’m determined to master the great art of making the 12-egg omelet Lol!

There's nothing better than nonstick pans for omelettes. If you have problems with flipping, get one with a lid :P
Oh and if it's a real massive omelette you can flip it with a big plate, plop it into a plate and then plop it back in the pan. Look at how Marco(Gordon Ramsey's teacher) flips a behemoth Spanish tortilla:

I love eggs too. I think, some nonstick pans suck. But good ones are always expensive. But for me I use metalsteel pans and it doesn't stick. I just put Cooking olive oil in it to cook my eggs.

I just bought 2 10 inch pans, one a Calphalon and the other TFal. Low heat and the best European salted butter that you can afford..
Don't burn it, and cut the flame or heat before it is finished. Let it finish cooking off the heat source. Milk or water is optional.
