Has anyone seen Community? (Hulu)

Just started this show, and it's pretty good. No SJW or PC chit, and hnnnnngh Alison Brie

It's one of the better new sitcoms. No laugh tracks. Likeable characters without the obnoxious and low IQ humor. Haven't watched it in years though but saw all the seasons.

Anyone have more recommendations for shows like this? I watched community already, just finished watching ap bio because Dennis from always sunny is the main character, now looking for something else to pass time. Help brahs I'm in lockdown in my condo in a commie country and literally have nothing to do the past 2 months but drink alone, watch TV shows and eat.

Superstore. About employees who work at a Walmart clone type of store. Be warned, there is social justice slants and humor in it, but there are also a balance of characters who hate and mock those characters. But the show got more lefty as the seasons go. Still worth a watch. I think it has some of the same people involved in production, etc. It has no laugh tracks and genuine funny stuff.

not really that similar but Misfits is one of the GOAT comedies

Misfits was quality. Stopped watching when Nathan left but I heard the replacement was just as good and it's on Netflix so I might have to rewatch

It finds its footing in the final episodes at the end of season 1. Stayed pretty high quality for a couple of seasons after that. In the end, the quality diminished due to people in front of and behind the camera leaving.

yeah Rudy was a good replacement, but as always the first seasons with the OG cast are the best

There's a show called The Guest Book from a few years ago that has a similar tone in humor.

"For a tiny cottage in a tiny town, this place sure is going to see a lot of baggage. Each episode, new guests will bring their special brand of crazy."

Lots of good guest stars. Weird premises and understated humor. Was on TBS but have to pay to stream on most regular services. If you know of good "alternative" streaming sites it'll be there and is a fun watch.
