They just did another video with the Nile guy last week showcasing a house he lives in which imo is much better. The guy was alot cooler in this video too and it shows that he can definitely make good houses his success just got to his head and he went way overboard with "the one".



Also i don't think "the one" is a good house but i do think using it as. a commercial building would be a great idea. Think of something like Jake Paul team 10 business having that house with 15-20 content creators and making videos in it or having a gaming team live in there or even having 8-10 bros living in there starting doing a start up. Its def not a family home but it could be amazing as a commercial building.


Someone saying itll sell for 40 mill that would be a steal of a lifetime imo.

I never liked the look of those so called "modern" designs, they look like office buildings, no style or character whatsoever. I could probably build a better property for 1/10 of what he spent to build that.

Not really, and that's what some people don't understand about the "Trumps" of the world. Yeah, he did something bold and extravagant, and I'm not sure what his goal was here but it doesn't seem to be working out, but who cares, the bank will take the house, and will sell it, and it's washed out of his hands. He will continue to be wealthy, and will always be known for building it, and be a mover and shaker of the world. He might lose today but he will win tomorrow. If he would have completed the project with no problems, probably would have sold it for $200+ million, and the owner would always be able to sell it for more than he paid for it.
