Sack lunches that don't require microwave?

Reps for some good ideas...I'm trying to save some money this year nomsayin

I work in the field moving around a lot so all I usually do is bring some oranges and a couple of sandwiches but I feel like I eat probably too many cold cuts.

If you don't mind some carbs, then sandwiches and tortilla wraps of all sorts. Bologna, lunch meat, tuna, pb+j, etc.

Can also do trail mix, if you got tuppleware and an ice pack then pack some cereal/oats with some milk, yogurt.

If you have access to a fridge, just sear up some chicken breasts, chop'em up and make salads.

Are you retarded?

Buy an insulated container and put whatever you want in there. You can easily keep food warm/hot for 4+ hours in a thermos.

Spaghetti, soup, whatever...just stuff it in there and bring a fork (or spoon).

You can get AIDS if your coworkers lick the spoon, but at long as you nuke the sh*t out of your food before you stick it in there, it'll stay hot for at least 4 hours, warm for ~6+ hours.

As long as you have a cooler you can bring anything, you'll just have to eat it cold.
