My town of Coffeyville KS has the lowest average monthly mortgage payment in the country. Something like $203 a month.

You can if you go to school. But if you work, then yeah its understandable to get your own place.

I just feel like renting is a big waste of money, even if you get to live on your own. I personally like living with family, as long as its a bigger house that can accommodate everyone.

My daughter is a no for "too hot", I don't like "too cold", but too dark/no sun is a bigger issue.
