OP look at some University areas and see if you can get in a 3/3 or 4/4 that's technically considered "off-campus student housing". Comes furnished, get your own room and your own bathroom/shower, share the living room / kitchen space. Your rent is independent of the roommates' rent, so if they don't pay it doesn't impact you at all. Your monthly charges include rent, water, electric, internet, basic cable. Literally costs like $900/mo for all of that (bills included) if you're in a 4/4. Age doesn't matter, I remember for a time one of my roommates (randomly selected, unless you specifically request specific friends to room with) was a grad student working on his PHD in his early 30's. And another guy in late 20's who never even started college, with no intent to ever do so either. Don't gotta prove you're a student or anything either.

Even if they don’t bring back any females, you can always bottom out there twink azzes, so it’s a complete win-win

My friend went back to college at 30 to hang out with fresh poon and make younger friends.

I was mid 20s at the time and we eventually ended up with a larger crew of friends which ranged from 21 to 30 (my friend being the 30 yr old one)

I actually did this a couple years back when I was 31 and was flatting with a couple of 22-23 year olds, wasn't too bad tbh used to just hang out and drink a few beers with them got dragged out fkn clubbing a couple of times which was less stellar.

One time they bought some sloots back with them and because they were noisy and I had work in the morning they sent one of the sloots into my room to give me a BJ Ded fkn srs
