Rate my first attempt at making Prime Rib.

Tasted pretty damn good. Was about 4 lbs. Tasted great the next day too.

It looks like you cooked it just about right but my god at the terrible marbling in the steak. I prefer a lean cut myself but ribeye isn’t supposed to look like that.

I googled prime rib and they pretty much all look like mine? This was USDA choice. Not the best but 6.99 a lb.
