Been working since covid hit non stop. What do with 150k? Travel? Buy house? Keep working?

Depending on where you live - buying is a terrible right now as prices are sky high and inventory is low. All markets come up and down. Housing won't come down for many years and what happened in 2008-2012 won't happen again as the FEDs around the world won't allow it.

Prices won't go down until you have depopulation. Depopulation in America isn't to occur until at least after 2050~

So, we plan to add another 70M people from 2020-2050.

We build about 1.4M homes a year.

So, even at maximum build for that entire 30 years there won't be enough inventory for everyone 'born' or coming into the country. House prices will go up in the future - but hopefully inventory will be at better levels so you will have options.

If you p1ss money up the wall for no reason other than you can you'll never be worth much. People worth $5 million aren't thinking "wow I've got 150K what should I blow it on". If they thought like like they never would have got to be worth 5 mill.

I know you didn't say you wanted to necessarily blow it.

You could have a good holiday with 5-10 thousand.

Srs answer: invest $125k and use the rest to low-budget travelmax in SEA or EE. You can probably make it for a year in either place if you play your cards right.

You'll have plenty of time to lift, read, whoremax, and think about what you want to do with your life outside the context of just doing the next thing in the logical sequence.

not really, same as any other thing anyone does , you need to understand how things work. Ive did few posts here about cfd and option trades .. there is loses for sure, but i always tend to make 3 to 4k extra every month
