There's 17 servings in it, that equals <$3 a serving.

I plan on doubling up on serving size, that makes it a <$6 meal. That's not bad

Hard to say because I eat pretty healthy which entails little to no processed food.

That means I have to go every 3-4 days to buy vegetables and some fruit.

I'd say in a week I might spend like $40-50 tops on groceries.

Brah don't waste your money on protein powder. It's cheap chit made of a byproduct. Should have just bought extra eggs chicken breast and a steak with that 50. As for what I spend, probably 175 every two weeks or so.

These are the ingredients of the protein powder I got:
Organic Chicken Bone Broth Oil, Chicken Bone Broth Protein Concentrate, Organic Chicken Protein Concentrate, Medium Chain Triglicerides (coconut), Organic Ashwagandha Extract (root), Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen Peptides, Cocoa, Organic Coffee Fruit Extract, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Fermented Organic Ginger (rhizome), Fermented Organic Black Pepper (fruit), Fermented Organic Long Pepper (fruit), Fermented Organic Reishi Mushroom Mycelium (Ganoderma Iucidum). Other ingredients: Natural chocolate flavor, natural maple flavor, rosemary (leaf) extract, guar gum, xanthan gum, stevia (leaf) extract, luo han guo (fruit) extract.

All of those are natural, healthy, and/or organic ingredients. That's why I bought it. It's made with good stuff

I try to spend no more then 15/day on food. This was easy prior to the massive inflation the past year.

Every grocery store in my area has a weekly sales flyer from Thursday - Thursday I only buy items on sale. carbs and fat is basically cost nothing it's mostly protein that eats up 80% of the budget and within that protein is most of your fat anyways.

$15 a day isn't bad. I've been dropping $30+ lately. About to cut costs though with a new diet

Spending around $350-400 a month maximum is probably goals for me

This SRS, I am probably fairly below 200-250$ a month usually around 40-50 a week as well.

Look online at all the grocery store you are willing to drive too and go to the one with the best deal on the protein. This also makes your trip much faster as you go in already knowing what your getting. You don't spend extra money on random chit you don't need that catches your eye. In the lineup for checkout don't even look at the crap that's being shoved in your face before the till it's all hyper-marked up chit you didn't come for and don't need.

For carbs buy semi bulk when on sale because they have better shelf life. Expensive bread you like 50% off? Get a load of it and freeze it as quality is not effected. Eggs on sale? Get 48 they usually are good for months off the shelf, same with yogurt or cottage cheese if you eat a lot of it.
