If you have an in demand professional degree, or you have 1 mill to invest in a business that will employ 10 ppl, you are good to go. If not you’re kinda fooked.

Theres really no viable way for regular Canadians to move permantently, thats why people move there illegaly, but let me share with you some options

TN VISA - This is a NAFTA workers visa that allows you move temporarily to the US (3 years ~) provided that you have a higher education degree, experience related to the field and a job offer from a US employer. Google eligible professionsThis is the only easy way to move there and it provides NO pathway to citizenship or longer stay
EB1 VISA - If you are an individual of extraordinary ability or globally famous you can file, move there in weeks and get GC in months. - If you dont have a Novel prize forget about it
EB5 - Investors Visa - just invest 500k in an eligible US business and park them there for 5 years until you get your Green Card. You can lose the money


the rest of the visas really don't apply to Canadians. L1, H1B and EB2 visas may apply if you are an executive of a multionational but doubt u are

I'm not trying to hate here but you have a pretty standard profile and below average for legal immigrants; most qualified immigrants exceed your credentials.

You seem to assume that you are competing with illegals picking berries in a field when in fact you are competing with PhDs, doctors, scientists, MBA holders, etc from around the globe who can also speak english.

EB1 visa is the ultimate immigration hack, it is granted in a matter of weeks and grants you a GC in months.

I wonder why arent smart immigrants crafting and building up a profile to meet EB1 criteria instead of waiting 30+ yrs in the regular backlogs
