If he was posting shirtless photos or literally asking people to PAY for his sexual content - like this woman - then he gets zero sympathy if he gets swarmed. That's an apples and oranges comparison, because this girl is blatantly making money off of her naked body and then complaining that she gets attention because of it. And she literally published an article - which gives her attention - complaining about attention. If she truly wanted people to think of her as something else she'd actually have a real career or do something altruistic and not draw more attention to herself by being the subject of an online article.

Her fame is because of attention, yet she's complaining about the attention. That's the issue. It would be the same if it was a guy, girl or a horse.
