Might get the rona

My gf has all the symptoms and we met up multiple times this week including yesterday where we slept together and did stuff.. I have those quick tests you can do at home and she tested positive but I tested negative.. After a quick google search it says it takes 2-14 days for symptoms to appear after being exposed to it.. I feel good now but want to improve immune system in case I get it.. Should I buy a bunch of fruits and vegetables? Anything specific that is proven to help?
She got vaccine like 2 weeks ago but I didn't

edit: Also should I do cardio and weightlift? I read online that I shouldn't because it can fuk with immune system?

It took me a week to test positive, 3 or 4 days after developing symptoms. Symptoms never got worse than a very slight cough, lost of taste and smell.

There is a prophylaxis and early outpatient treatment protocol that you could take. I took everything listed here in the described doses minus the ivermectin, and it's all stuff you can get at your local supp store:https://covid19criticalcare.com/covi...plus-protocol/

If you guys don't have one buy a pulse oximiter off Amazon, they're like 20 bucks.

The biggest sign of severe symptoms is blood oxygenation dropping (below 92% is cause for concern).

I was hospitalized on day THIRTEEN because I couldn't get my ox above 85% - I was out in 2 days because I caught it early. I got it the worst of anyone I know and I doubt it'll be that bad for either of you but be smart about it.

We overdosed on C and D, and I take zma already so was supping with Zinc too. There's some evidence for supplementing with those 3 - didn't work for me but my wife fought it off in 3 days so who nose.

Most important thing for you to do is understand there is aonly a 99.98% chance that you will survive this deadly virus. Please stay in doors, do not come within 1000 metres of any living creature. Contact everyone you have been in contact with in the past 52 weeks and tell them to get checked as there is a massive risk they may also contract this deadly virus and be faced with a soul crushing 99.98% chance of survival also. Stay safe OP. Its a dangerous world we now live in.

Then count 5 days from yesterday exposure to your gf and retest alter 5 days.

Also you have to quarantine anyway starting today so you can’t go to the gym or anywhere around people. And stay away from your gf unless and until you test positive yourself.

Eat a couple large cloves of garlic/day, chop them up and eat a piece every few hours for a few days, then one clove a day going forward. Garlic has been shown in studies to inhibit coronaviruses from replicating. I have been around numerous people who were CoVID positive and have never gotten it, I eat at least on clove a day. Haven't had a cold in about a decade.

Our immune systems are extremely complex and good at what they do. Let your body deal with it.
I know man, my dad had it (late 50s) and only had mild back pain for one day, also have some other older family members and friends with no symptoms at all. But I read some posts here with younger guys saying they had to be hospitalised

Like this guy..

Training intensely hits your immune system. It's good in the long term, because it strengthens it over time but in the short term, no, don't. Take a week off. Rest. Up your vitamin D. Take zinc, C, eat clean, cut out ultraprocessed crap, do salads and such.

Give me a break. I was admitted to the ER, held at the hospital for 2 days, and still said "I got it the worst of anyone I know and I doubt it'll be that bad for either of you but be smart about it." My advice to him was to get a pulse oximeter and just keep an eye on it. If that's panic to you, your dials are seriously off balance.

I'm really not brah.. I legit never gave one fuk the whole pandemic, only wear masks if I have to, past 2 summers went to some parties and was eating out with people every day and I'm fully aware that there is a bigger agenda behind all of this and will not get vaccinated if I can help it. All I wanted from this thread is to know ways I can avoid having symptoms or possibly avoid them so I can at least do cardio or lift..

Also really weird thing forgot to add, my gf lives with her mother and her mother got corona first.. Her mother was fine but gf feels like absolute chit, but she has asthma.

Oh chit, didn't mention I have home gym.. I mainly do cardio, around 7-10km which is probably the more dangerous thing to do if I do get it.. For weightlifting it's mostly calisthenics and simple chit, I don't lift heavy.. But got your point bro, thanks

It can be very random like that.
Of of my friends played video games an entire night with two others, ate of the same snack plates etc. and one of the guys had covid.
My friend didn’t get infected, but the other guy did (all unvaccinated at the time for your information).

But yeah brah, if you saw her yesterday there is no way you have symptoms. Usually there is a 4 day period before it can even be detected and not until after 7 days is it very unlikely that you are not infected.

I had covid earlier this year, and I got it because I travelled. I was later informed that the strain I got was the strain of the country I was in.
I left the country sunday night, and I tested negative by a quick test (“real” quick test, done at the test center) monday around midnight.

Thursday evening I had a little headache and because I almost literally never have headaches, I got a little worried. Friday noon I tested positive by a quick test, which was confirmed by a PCR afterwards.

The headache got worse and I felt fatigued friday and saturday with a dry cough. Sunday it got better, and monday every symptom but the cough was gone.

On tuesday/wednesday I was symptom free and saturday I was back in public and with friends without being able to infect others.

I did isolate myself more or less after I returned home, so I didn’t see any friends or family - except for one friend.

I took the flight home sunday evening and went for an almost two hour walk tuesday with a friend. He didn’t get infected.
