Fender bender whiplash

Had a minor fender bender earlier today. Was stopped at a stop sign and this fuker rear ended me. Jerk was pretty good but I didn’t feel injured. The bumper seemed ok with a scratch across the where he hit me.

I thought no big deal. Exchanged numbers and took off. Had to get to work.

30 minutes later as I’m driving I feel this wierd stiffness in the neck. Not too bad. But if I turn my head to the right I hear small pops in the back of the neck. I’m fine when I’ll to the left.

I took pics of his number plate and the accident area - the guy does not want to give me his insurance info.

Should I call and make a police report just incase the thing in the neck gets worse? I would rather not to save the guy from his insurance going up but also when I called him he started yelling at me saying I’m playing games lol and how he will investigate and get me in trouble. I told him he didn’t have to yell and he hit me not the other way and hung up.

What do?

Only whiplash. I was rear ended once by a 96 year old going 60 on a highway and I was fully stopped due to traffic. Bad whiplash and concussion. I wouldn’t worry, OP.

I have a previous accident that I didn’t repair. In the process of changing cars.

The trunk now closes differently so he did hit me hard enough to move some chit in the body of the car.

I feel I’ll be allright but incase I’m not, better to make that report? I feel like if I wait till a few days it may be too late and his insurance would deny any claim.

I have health isnurance but it don’t pay anything until I reach ny deductible fukin piece of chit but still a blessing to have

Dude, I doubt grandpa was going 60 - that’s insane.

I also think I’ll be allright but seriously my neck feels different and has minor popping sounds as I turn my head to the right

You fukkin goofed OP, number one thing anytime you get into an accident always exchange insurance info and verify their identity with ID.

EDIT: Take pics of vehicles also especially if they haven't been moved out the roadway
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
