Mattress and back/abdominal discomfort

Fullness/pressure feeling in upper right abdomen when I laugh, cough, etc.
Right side neck and back pain

So I sleep on my back and the mattress has been dipping on the left side of my body and was wondering if it's causing all that trouble on the right side of my body.

I've had xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood work all normal.
Thoughts?

If you've had your mattress for over 5 years, toss it. I highly recommend Lytton mattresses if you decide you need to get one. That's what I just bought.

Another thing to check is what you sit in. I've definitely had weird back-nerve ending issues and pains when i realized I was sitting in a hard-wooden chair for work 8 hours a day. swapped it for a $200 generic ergonomic chair from amazon and changed my fukin life.

try putting a blanket or pillow under your hips to keep your lower back from arching?

Same, probably even more. It's worth the investment.

same. DEFFFFFFINITELY make sure you have an ergo chair. dont go down the rabbit hole and feel you have to get a thousand dollar herman miller or some schit. something as simple as this off amazon for $250 will work wonders if you just have some janky random house chair as your desk chair
