What is it for? Rinsemaxing would jack up your GGT, ALT, AST numbers.

Just a general checkup. I will likely tell the doc I have low energy and no boner so I can get on TRT and gain 30 lbs of pure mooscle.

Just haven't been to the doc in like 3 years so figured I should get a full run down.

From your post history you're most definitely low test, so this shouldn't be a problem.

Eat and drink like you normally do. Isn't the point to see what your diet is doing?
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

I was thinking this. Were you told to fast for xx amount of hours before blood draw?
You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

You think? idk, I drink like a ****ing fish. Would like to get a clear pic of the long term status of my blood, not necessarily how it looks when elevated by certain behaviors in the moment.

Yep
If you're getting a blood draw for glucose or triglycerides you would have been told to fast.
