i expect prices to drop when all the losers that havent been paying rent and getting enormous unemployment checks get their cars repoed

No. This is constantly thrown out there for a number of reasons.......

-If it happens...."oh look, I called it"
-Keeps middle and lower class from investing....."I only have $5k in savings and if I put it into the market and it crashes I am fooked"....so their money loses value over time just sitting in a savings account.
-Doomsday and Fear Mongers

We wont see another crash for a long time. With hyper inflation, money printing and most likely raising the debt ceiling, your money is losing value and the only place it will stay on par is in the market. We'll probably see a 40k Dow by early 2022.
