No judgement here.

I've been through a sandman style heartbreak that i'm still not over.

Had i not been through hell in my late teens and early 20's to realise that partying, drinking, and gaining bodies doesn't alleviate the emptiness, I would have went down that road again.

There were times where i was curled up on my bed for days at a time experiencing nothing but pure emptiness and dread, and if I was in an impressionable teenager, i think i would have went down a dark road.

so it does not surprise me at all that a younger person, especially an emotionally unstable girl lets her self be used like an object to alleviate the pain of heartbreak.

I agree with this. Especially in the time frame. She's not even saying 30 is her total, just 30 is the amount she added to her total in less than a year. So her total could be 50+.

My number is 25-ish, and I'm 34 and i already feel bad that when i try to add them up and recall all the instances but i can't even remember them all. It just seems crazy that people are sleeping with multiple new people every month for years straight.

Do people with those higher numbers feel bad at all? Are they okay with sex being that casual?
