You must lift and get in shape. Its actually understated how important this is. You cannot be fat or skinny. The more proportional muscle you have and the leaner the better. The effects of this is multiple. You feel way, way, way better about yourself, your mindset completely changes. You will feel more motivated to succeed you'll apply your lifting mindset (grinding for the reward) to all aspects of life. It has a compounding affect where success breeds more success. Doing this for YOU is the most important.

You go from being merely the equivalent of furniture or some irrelevant object to something with the opposite sex. You go from just another guy in the vicinity to "hmm who is this?" in her lizard brain. This is what they mean when it opens doors for you. Women will notice you above the sea of average and worse men. (In real life moreso). She will also be much nicer to you and respond positively because seeing an above average physical man literally releases some dopamine in her brain.

Just having that door open, and friendlier women, you can approach and talk to them much easier and with increased confidence. Compounding effect gentlemen.

Remember, you gotta do the approach and initiate convo (in extremely rare cases she might do this if you're hot enough) and NOT be autistic but with practice this goes away.

As a guy who is defininitlely above average looking, you're not going to get chit unless you learn better social skills.
