Obviously tattooing your entire body is a form of mental ilness and doing this in a period of months is even a more severe form.

My question is, what do these people do when they've run out of room?

There's gotta be some correlation between getting off the gear and going on this tattoo spree. Wonder if he's trying to compensate for losing the confidence and intimidation factor of artificial test by trying to look like a bad ass with these cheap tats.
