Pick #1-6. This is the new area/house in Central Florida for 5 years
You're forced to relocate to for the next 5 years because you've entered witness protection.
#1 Congrats on your new 2b/2b doublewide mobile home in Zephyrhills, recently renovated quiet neighborhood surrounded by snow birds and absolutely nothing to do. The area 45 minute east of tampa is known as the "mobile home" capital and poor water quality.

#2 Congrats on your new 3 bed 1 bath 1200 sq ft no frills home in PINE HILLS Orlando. Neighbors pitbulls and toddlers are seen frequenting the streets. Known as one of the most worst areas to live in the orlando metro.

#3 2000 sq ft 44th floor luxury condo in downtown Orlando overlooking lake eola. Due to an accounting error you never have to pay HOA/Condo fees

#4 400 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath in Lakeland FL, every neighbor has spare tires laying in their yards. Occasionally hear gunfire in the distance. 40 minutes from Tampa, 1 hour from orlando. A little more to do than in the city than #1.

#5 No frills ground floor condo in Mount Dora FL, your hear your upstairs neighbors constantly stomping all night. Nice downtown area, not too much crime. 45 minutes from Orlando.

#6 A small 700sq ft historic house recently "flipped" by an investor who did poor work in Lake Wales FL. Perfect place if you want to live in the middle of nowhere and mistake it for rural kansas and plenty of horse farms. Cities are 90+ minutes away and the only local store is dollar general.
