I don’t use the stuff, but I’m pretty sure they get the prescription version with a higher percentage.

I don’t use their retinol but The Ordinary makes good quality products. I use their lactic acid + HA.

For my retinoid I use Refissa .05% (tretinoin)

I tried that stuff for awhile and I don't think it did anything for me. At least nothing I could notice.

I don't know what the difference is between retinol, retin-a, and retinoid but I use the stuff I get from India. Prescription-grade stuff from the internet

If you use a retinol/oid you HAVE to wear SPF daily. Make it a habit to apply in morning. 10am-2pm is when to avoid sun on your face

Tretinoin .1% that I had my doctor prescribe me. Jush finishing up the first tube now(about a 6 month supply), and my face looks probably 8-10 years younger that it did when I started.

Start with

https://www.alldaychemist.com/a-ret-gel-0-05-20-gm.html

After 6 months move up to

https://www.alldaychemist.com/a-ret-...-gel-20gm.html

Add in for skin/hair gains (this pill completely destroys hair loss, destroys acne, shrinks pores, halts aging)

https://www.alldaychemist.com/dutas-0-5-mg.html

For sunscreen just get a stick like this. You can apply it in 5 seconds and be on with your day.

Don't go to the doctor for this stuff. They will charge you 10x as much because insurance isn't going to cover aesthetics.

Get this is you want to absolutely murden women in bed with your newfound aesthetics. (this one might be cheaper with a prescription)

I have used The Ordinary retinol and it works fine. It’s cheap and you can find it at those skin care shops.
