Feels. When I got more than a week without lifting I feel like I lose all my muscle mass, but as soon as I get back in the gym, I’m back on track.

Pay a welder to build you some calisthenics bars, pretty damn simple if you can spare a couple hundred bucks
You need some serious workouts brah, plus cut your daily calorie intake by 40%

"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Just a bit of water weight on there, it has nothing to do with not lifting, your muscles get bigger after a break. It's what you've been eating and drinking

My overarching rule now is to never get above 175. srs. I have accepted my natty fate. I know there is the possibility I might be able to squeeze in a bit more mass but it isn't worth the trouble at this point.
