What is your favorite dish that YOU make?
Mexican deep dish stuffed crust pizza
Step 0: preheat oven to 350 and let dough rise
Put in cast iron pan for 5 min and butter it when it comes out
Step 1: sauce and meat
Cook down 1/2 can mtn dew baha blast in saucepan until its just the sugar left
Add favorite CHUNKY salsa to the sugar, dont know what exaxt measurement is, but basically 300ml (when i make normal pizza its 1/2 can of preggo sauce).
Try and strain as much water beforehand, you want to cook off as much moisture as you can before you add to pizza.
Cook 3/4 lbs beef in taco seasoning
Set both aside to cool.
Step 3: put dough in pan and spread it so it reaches edges of bottom of. You should make the middle of the pan thinner, with more dough on the edges
Take mozzarella sticks, break them in half, and roll them in the dough on the edges of the pan. I add i tiny sprinkle of taco seasoning.
Crimp the rolled over dough with a fork to seal the sticks, and lightly add melted butter butter to the crimps and middle of the pizza.
Step 4: put in over for ~10 min, until the middle if the dough is done.
Check to make sure your cheese doesnt escape.
Step 5: take out pan, set over to 450-500
Add sauce to bottom of pizza.
Add cheese
Add meat
Add cheese
Step 6: put in over for 8-10 min
Poke top of cheese with a big knife here and there to let moisture out
Step 7: take out, let cool for 15-20 min
Add lettuce and broken tortillas to top

If the first step of your recipe is frying mountain dew I probably don't want to eat it.

Lasagna. Nothing but fresh ingredients. I’m also frequently asked by family to make a lasagna for them. Feels good mane.
A very close second choice is my green chili chicken enchiladas. My Mexican mother in-law raved about how good they are. Not gonna lie, that made me feel awesome.
I love to cook.

Stir fry. If I use chicken, I use Thai sweet chili sauce. If beef, some kinda teriyaki sauce. Jasmin rice or udon noodles (big fat noodles). Veggies; usually mushroom, baby peppers, bamboo shoots and whatever other I might have.

Cabbage dip dish...
Chop up/core cabbage.
Boil in water for 10 minutes with lid. Take out and drain. Let sit.
Chop up half an onion + garlic clove.
Add some veggie oil to a wok - cook onion/garlic until yellow/browned - like 5 minutes.
Mix cabbage + browned onion/garlic together - Add eggs (2), salt, thyme, pepper, crushed red pepper, (tsp), + half cup of flour. Mix.
Take this mixed stuff - make ping-pong sized balls set on wax paper sheet - flatten.
Vegetable oil in wok - medium high heat - place ping-pong-flattened cabbage in circle in wok. 3 minutes each side - flip.
Place on paper towel after browned. Should get like 12-15 of these.
Next dipping sauce:
1/2 cup plain Yogurt + 1/2 tsp of minced garlic, 1/4th tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp parsley, 1/2 table spoon of lemon juice, - mix.
Dip cooled cabbage into yogurt - eat.

Trunk Pizza - order pizza last night, eat, then take leftovers to work. Leave leftover pizza in trunk until lunchtime. You will get a nice slow cooked leftover pizza and this significantly reduces time spent microwaving on your lunch break.
Entire NYPD should go on strike. You'll see then how quickly the mayor changes his tone.
