Anyone quit the herb?

From age 15 to 27 I smoked Atleast three blunts a day(had a job in high school)

But nowadays it just seems like a waste of money, and all of the people I met through bud we’re cool but most of them are degenerates

Give up the weed. Or at least keep it secret that no one knows about. If someone finds out you smoke weed they, subconsciously, think less of you

Three blunts a day which is in the ball park of 2-4 grams?

No surprise it seemed like a waste of money because it sounds like you were blowing through a supply weekly.

No surprise other heavy smokers seemed like degenerates because they were lacking in the moderation department like you were.

There's nothing wrong with stopping as long as you can accept it as a you problem.

Made me too unsociable. Most of my friends still smoke daily and when I have a good beer buzz and being social and they've hit the bowl 15 times I can see why I quit.

Yes I gave up a daily habit that I had for over a decade. Over time it loses its luster and most of the effects that it has in the beginning. The tolerance to those effects seems to be permanent even if you come off for a long time too.

I feel a decent amount of regret for not doing it when I was younger as it has the tendency to make you less social and content with less activity.

I haven't, but I've found that frequent t-breaks ranging from 2-4 weeks are beneficial. Too much too often seems to have an effect on cognition.

Some people can do it in moderation, but if you ever got to x3 blunts a day, that ain't you.

Bro i switched to edibles only..

Smoking is low IQ, eating weed is 1000+ IQ..

Its just like eating any other chocolate bar, and it has you feeling good as fuk after.

Only eat around 4pm, takes about an hour to kick in..

Nothing feels better then waking up, making 10k per day, then hitting a juicy chest pump and eating an edible to have you chillin the rest of the day.

It's like anything brah, if you feel it's having a negative impact on your life, quit it. Personally, I have moral and professional reasons for never starting the herb. Total waste of money, it jacks with cognitive abilities, stigma around smokers, etc...

Quit just over a year ago. I used to smoke a ton since my early 20s. I had to cut it out because it was making me lazy and the head fog was a killer. Plus I was spending too much money on it.
The first week off was rough - especially trying to sleep.

Nobody quits for real but good luck. You might even make it years before relapse. It will better all aspects of your life if you can kick the habit. We all abuse anything that feels rewarding

if anyone thinks they spend too much on grass get a stizy, I buy a pod once every 3-5 months because I smoke so little and the pods are 25-30 bucks. So yes initially it'll cost money but with how long they last me its negligible

bruh that chit suppresses your life's potential. You need to quit ASAP. I'm surprised you didn't grow out of it naturally by like 20 years old. Anyone with any responsibilities would have dropped it by now.

You'll feel much better when you get your chit together. srs

As I've gotten older I've been enjoying it less and less. Instead of relaxing me and making me laugh it's been making me a bit anxious and got me overthinking about whatever problem/responsability I have to deal with at the time. Don't know if it's because of the herb itself of because I just have more responsabilities and projects going on in my life. Nowadays I only smoke socially when I'm with friends don't have any at my home and I've been feeling better overall.

Never been a heavy smoker tho, used to do it 3-4 days per week at the most.

I buy a 5 pack of pre rolled, for 20$ and split them in half. Smoke then play a bit of video games after work. Rn its N64 star wars shadow of the empire. Usually get a 45 min buzz to unwind then back to something more productive.

Its not degen if you do it responsibly.
