Dave Chappelle new netflix special...pretty good.

Dave does it again...pretty entertaining. Love the way Dave doesn't make typical nonsensical jokes but can talk about social/current issues through jokes. He went in and spoke the truth about the gays for the most part.

Gave solid commentary on the LGBTQ community and took jabs at white feminists which I feel like he should have did more of.

Between this new special and Buck Breaking the White LGBTQ community are up against the ropes.

Last few specials had like 3 jokes total and the rest commentary on current issues, at no point was I entertained (non Americabrah, don't have any interest in BLM etc), excruciating slow delivery and no punchlines. Chapelle show was pure gold but the whole social commentary 'calling things out' is ****ing boring and should be a podcast or TED talk.

I almost died during Bill Burr's last few specials with how well constructed the jokes were, most of the material was universal and will age well (just need to see the amount of reaction clips to his material, still killing from stuff he did nearly 20 years ago).

It really wasn’t. Very few jokes and it was just so much social commentary about the trans community. One of his worst.

Dave is a legend but he hasn't put out anything really funny in a while.

Compare this to Shane Gillis' new special which was end to end hilarious and you can see Dave is skating by on his reputation at this point.

inb4 he cries how mean hollywood was to him because they wanted to control what he does. um hello, nearly everyone has to do what their boss wants, not what they want, and they dont get 50 million for it, cry me a fuking river.
