Chicago installing 'Bleeding Control Kits' around city amid gun violence

The city will install 426 Bleeding Control Kits in 269 Chicago buildings, including City Hall andChicago Public Library locations. Each kit can treat up to eight victims.

Then when a innocent passerby attempts to do a good deed to use the kit, doesn't do it right and the wanna be thug dies, the city sues the living chit out of the passerby.

So from what I hear, the violence used to be limited to the Southside but now even the downtown area of Chicago is affected? People still teleworking?

Seems like an attempt to safe face making it look like you are doing something about an ongoing disaster. I would be surprised if these get used at all. I am sure the politicians/manufacturers will use the "if it saves just one life" argument.
