Can you see someones display picture on whatsapp if theyve blocked you?

Tryna figure out if this girl has blocked me or her phone is off/broken, I fear it is the former

right I was lurking her profile and it says shes online which means Ive defo not been blocked but the message still onyl has 1 tick next to it, wtf is going on?

but then the messages still would have delivered? Basically I messaged her monday and the message never got delivered and so I thought she blocked me, then I messaged her again today and the messaeg has two ticks to it meaning Im not blocked? Maybe its related to the server oitage on whatsapp on Monday or maybe she blocked me and subsequently unblocked me

i'd probably say it has to do with the server issues as my whatsapp was acting up a couple of days ago

Okay well thats semi good and semi bad because I waited 2 days to message again becasue I didnt want to be needy and thought maybe she was ignoring me but now maybe shes gonna be annoyed I took so long to reply and not like me anymore

I mean just a guess here but maybe she went to chipotle for lunch and after returning home proceeded to fart out an absolutely enormous chocolate anaconda that clogged the toilet and like a typical idiot woman she flushed too many times and the bowl was about to overflow and she panicked and threw her phone at the end of the log as it started to crest the lip like a giant fudgey submarine being released fr dry dock and that either broke her phone or she thinks you are ugly

But I havent expalined it was a technical issue because Im still not 100% sure it was, should I double message her now explaining the difficulties I had with whatsapp or jsut leave it? I really hope she replies soon!!

So its been about 15 hours and she still hasnt replied, but I did take 2 days to reply to her (actually 2 and a half!!!), how stressed should I be? (I am very stressed)
