I've wanted this surgery for at least 5+ years. Finally made the conscious decision to have it in the first quarter of next year after many consultations in person and over the phone. I'm having it done in Turkey where my length will be increased by at least 15cm (5 inches). Never had issues with women (will probably get more after). Never had issues with professional life.
