Evidently Batman is chit at stopping crime. Gotham is as bad or worse than it was when his parents got killed.
Instead of fist-fighting people one on one and creating and building retarded toys.
He could have set up an entire jobs, scholarships, mental health and other resources and made a huge difference in the city.
