First off, why would other kids bully him for wearing nice clothes and driving a nice car if they're also wearing nice clothes and nice cars? lol I used to live in Mansfield. Most people live pretty comfortably. This is an upper middle class area. He wouldn't have been the only kid with nice things. Looks more like a kid with anger issues and bad parenting.

Pretty obvious case of some black kid thinking he's a gangbanger. Saying he was bullied is obviously the easiest excuse to try to save face. Kid was obviously just influenced negatively by whatever gang bang music or friends or whatever the ****. Black media is literally nothing but promoting violence and crime. He probably was like every school shooter but the spin story is because hes black. If he was white the headlines would be talking about how he was filled with hate. Just how it is with the media spin. They'll have to figure out how much they want to hype this story or not. The orlando one with the muslim guy they still hyped it and talked up anti LBGTQ hate and gun control. They can atleast get a gun control push out of this.

IMO the quickest fix for bullying would be to make it easier for kids to change schools. Don't care what your address is, if you live in the same county/state and are willing to be responsible for your own transportation [because outside bus zone] then that's good enough.
Maybe it isn't fair and you think that the school should somehow control the behavior of all the other students, but school administration/teachers can only do so much.
And, no, not claiming that shooting people was in any way justified or okay.
