Title^^^ I do this and its gotten me to be more social. If you're at a bar/club especially with an outdoor area, you will undoubtedly be around smokers and someone will almost always need a light. They'll say it out loud or be fumbling around for one. Just offer your lighter and this is a good and natural opportunity to strike up a conversation.
